How does the integration work?
TrustMate retrieves order statuses from a given Base.com account in order to determine which order a request for review should be sent to. Then, every half hour, TrustMate queries the Base.com API and retrieves the information about orders that have changed the status to the one set by the user (e.g. completed, shipped or delivered). Feedback requests for these orders are queued and dispatched.

Register on the TrustMate website. Then, after logging in to the TrustMate panel, go to the "Integrations" section available in the menu on the left. From the horizontal list at the top of the page, select "Platforms" and then find Base.com. Then enter your Base.com account API key in the field under the "Base.com API Key" heading.
