Integration with ILUO Business
ILUO Business integrator - Base provides a good degree of integration between the two systems. It is a mature solution, developed continuously since 2018. The integrator is developed and maintained directly by ILUO, so it has a ensured a high degree of compatibility with the ILUO Business system, moreover, it is an its integral part.

What is the ILUO Business system?
ILUO Business is a system for managing storages, orders and sales and even production. Due to its functionality, it can be dedicated to both medium, small and large companies.
It allows you to work on a single computer, in local networks or in the cloud with Internet access.
In addition to the typical functions of a storage system, it includes: support for variants of goods with different values of definable characteristics; management of batches of goods with individual characteristics characteristics; identification and control of batches or copies; handling of commodity substitutes; production elements and many others.

What is the integration with ILUO Business?
The integration between the integration platform Base and ILUO Business is a proprietary solution of ILUO using the API of the Base platform . Direct cooperation between systems based on the API guarantees the high quality and validity of the solution. The integration concerns:

• import/export of goods/products together with photos to ILUO Business from Base. Support for any number of catalogs and price lists, advanced mapping of fields of the commodity, updating of price lists independently of updating the rest of the commodity data, possibility of any filtering of exported goods
• Export of inventory with the possibility of any mapping of of storages and optimization of efficiency consisting in sending only the status of goods modified
• import of orders and their subsequent processing in the ILUO system, i.e. picking, issuance of financial, storage and commercial documents (including fiscalization). Financial operations management rules allow advanced handling of order payment settlement. Thanks to definable rules for importing orders orders and status synchronization rules, it is possible to classify and mark orders appropriately marking of orders on the ILUO Business side (e.g., assigning companies (multi-company configuration multi-company configuration), retail outlets, storages, account managers, statuses, labels etc.).

How to implement integration with ILUO Biznes?
Implementation of the integration is carried out by ILUO Sp. z o.o. and selected Partners of ILUO. In direct contact it is possible to determine the needs and scope of implementation.

The integration module is built into the ILUO Biznes system. Correct configuration and activation will ensure the subsequent automatic handling of orders coming from various sources (online stores, Allegro, Ebay, Amazon, etc.).
