Integration is done through a REST API, using access points provided by ERP and Base.com. Communication is secured and runs automatically at regular intervals or in real-time - depending on operational needs.

Transfer of available data:

Products - unidirectional (ERP → Base)

Synchronization of product cards (name, description, internal codes) from ERP to Base.

Product prices - one-way (ERP → Base)

Update price lists based on trade policies defined in ERP.

Product quantities / inventory - unidirectional (ERP → Base)

Communicate product availability information, with support for multiple storages.

Orders - unidirectional

Accepted orders are passed from Base.com to ERP for processing.

Invoices - one-way (ERP → Base)

Invoices issued in ERP are automatically sent to Base, to complete the workflow.

Additional functionalities (optional)

Support for custom scenarios and personalized workflows.
Collaboration with SelectSoft implementers for additional configurations and modifications.

Connection instructions

The user should open a request (ticket) to the Base.com team with a request to activate ERP integration.
In the body of the ticket, the user should provide the API access data provided by SelectSoft, including:
- API endpoint URL,
- API keys / access token,
- API documentation or sample requests and responses (for additional development).
Once this information is provided, the integration can be configured and tested.
