Integrate eBay with Zendesk

Integration with eBay is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the Base.com panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. For listing you can use your store's warehouse, Base.com warehouse, wholesaler or external ERP system. Orders from eBay can be handled in the Base.com Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. The number of eBay connected accounts is unlimited - you can add as many accounts as you need within your business, without affecting the subscription amount.

Only Base.com features listing eBay offers visually equivalent to offers listed on Allegro. Base.com also gives you the opportunity to take advantage of many powerful options for managing eBay offers (making bulk changes to multiple offers at once).

Zendesk is a CRM system for comprehensive customer service management. The integration displays customer orders from Base.com directly in the Zendesk dashboard as part of an additional info block. The connection is based on the e-mail address. Thanks to this, during the correspondence with the customer, you can have a parallel view of his orders without having to switch between systems and search for a given order.
