The invoice transfer function transfers all issued invoices, including advance invoices and accounting notes, to the accounting system in all set currencies. Invoices are transferred daily, early in the morning, in one transfer.

During the transfer, we can optionally:

• create a link between an invoice item and a product in the price list
• make corresponding orders, including cancellations
• create stock shipments

We offer a comprehensive connection with order, product and inventory transfer and separate invoice transfer.

The comprehensive connection automatically provides:

• transfer of received orders and their changes to Money S3
• transfer of product catalog from online store to Money S3
• tagging of shipped orders in the e-store
• reservation of ordered goods in stock in Money S3
• transfer of inventory from Money S3 to Base.com

Orders are transferred every 15 minutes, inventory after order transfer or every hour, products are synchronized every night. The link can be used for multiple e-stores connected to one billed company. The integration has advanced configuration and can be customized according to your processes and needs. With additional integration, we can tag paid orders by payment of selected banks.

We offer a fully automated connection between Base.com and Money S3, customizable to your company's processes. Whether you simply want to manage storages and accounting in Money, or manage all of Base.com's content and handle orders and shipping, our connection can adapt.

It is possible to connect Money S3 with or without an Eshop connector for more limited capabilities.

It is possible to transfer:

• order and invoice to Money
• order status changes back to Base.com
• PDF invoice from Money to Base.com
• stock update, including support for multiple storages
• prices, including support for multiple price lists and price promotions
• product catalog including images, descriptions and parameter matching from Money to Base.com (with Eshop connector only)
• product category tree to Base.com (only with Eshop connector)
• products reversely from Base.com to Money, including images, among others
