Integration with SAP Business One

SAP Business One integration. An ERP that keeps up with your sales.

Orders come in from marketplaces, online stores, and other channels, but invoices, products, inventory, and prices still need to stay in sync with your ERP system. Manually re-entering data into SAP Business One means delays, errors, and extra work for the team.

The SAP Business One integration with Base connects multichannel sales with your ERP. Base logs in directly to your SAP Business One instance through the SAP Service Layer, then automates invoice export, product import, and inventory and price synchronization. Base stays the order management hub, and SAP Business One remains the source of accounting, product, and inventory data.

What problems does the SAP Business One integration with Base solve?

Issuing and re-entering invoices by hand consumes the team's time

Every sale eventually has to reach an accounting or ERP system. At high order volumes, manually transferring data into SAP Business One quickly becomes a bottleneck. The SAP Business One integration with Base pushes sales orders and invoices to SAP automatically: Base creates the sales order through the standard ERP flow and, depending on configuration, forwards the invoice automatically or lets you export it manually. Invoice cancellations in Base are mirrored to SAP Business One, and optional incoming payments can be created once the invoice is settled.

The product catalog in the ERP and the sales channels are starting to drift apart

A changed name, price, EAN, SKU, description, or stock level doesn't always carry over automatically between systems, so sellers end up updating products by hand in several places. The SAP Business One integration with Base imports products from SAP into Base and matches them by SKU or EAN, including stock on hand, prices from the selected price list, tax/VAT group, weight and dimensions, and optionally product images. This lets you build a catalog in Base directly from SAP Business One data.

Inventory levels can't keep pace with multichannel sales

Selling on multiple stores and marketplaces at the same time raises the risk of selling a product that's already out of stock. The SAP Business One integration with Base synchronizes inventory from SAP into Base: once products are matched, stock on hand from a selected SAP warehouse is pulled into an external warehouse in Base, where it can be used to manage sales and update listings. Your Base warehouses are mapped to SAP Business One warehouses and price lists in the configuration.

Prices need to be updated in several places at once

Promotions, price changes, and new price lists need to reach sales channels quickly. Manual price updates increase the risk of errors and delays. The SAP Business One integration with Base synchronizes prices from a selected SAP price list into a matching price group in Base, making it easier to keep pricing data centralized and ready for future sales.

SAP Business One

ERP automation for multichannel sales

Connecting to an ERP system on its own isn't enough when sales happen simultaneously across multiple marketplaces, stores, and channels. Base connects SAP Business One to the entire e-commerce process, from order intake through invoicing and inventory to shipping and customer communication.

Automatic or forwarded invoice export

Documents don't need to be transferred one by one. Base can forward invoices to SAP Business One automatically as orders are placed, including invoice cancellations when an order is cancelled or refunded, and, where configured, incoming payments once an invoice is paid. This is a practical setup for businesses that want to keep their accounting current without spending time on repetitive tasks.

Products, prices, and stock from a single source

SAP Business One can be used as the source of product and inventory data, with Base as the sales operations hub. Product import from SAP includes core product data, stock on hand, prices, tax group, and dimensions; once products are matched by SKU or EAN, inventory and prices can be kept in sync with Base.

PDF invoices from SAP Business One in Base processes

Base can use invoices generated in SAP Business One (through a separate SAP API Gateway connection) for downstream order processing: printing them, emailing them to customers, or attaching them to workflows that rely on accounting documents. A document issued in the ERP can be used in the sales process without manually downloading and attaching files.

Why do merchants connect SAP Business One to Base?

Multichannel sales without operational chaos

Base collects orders from multiple channels into a single dashboard, and the SAP Business One integration links them to your ERP processes. Instead of managing the store, the marketplace, the warehouse, and accounting separately, the team works from one coherent process.

SAP Business One as the data source, Base as the sales hub

SAP Business One can hold product, inventory, and accounting data, while Base handles day-to-day order processing, integration with marketplaces, physical stores, and couriers, plus automation. This lets each system focus on what it does best.

Automations that reduce manual work

Automated actions in Base can support the sales process: status changes, customer communication, shipping, and data forwarding. The SAP Business One integration adds ERP, invoices, products, prices, and stock levels to that process.

Best-in-class support

94% of customers rate the expertise of our specialists positively. 76% receive a first response in under 15 minutes after submitting a request. When ERP, sales, and warehouse processes need to run smoothly, you have a team that understands the realities of e-commerce.

Run the integration without building your own API connection

There's no need to build a custom integration between your sales system and your ERP. In Base, add SAP Business One under Integrations → Accounting/ERP → SAP Business One, then fill in the connection details: SAP Service Layer API URL, optional API Gateway URL (for PDF invoices), Company DB, username, and password. From there, configure automatic invoice forwarding, customer lookup by CardCode, Federal Tax ID, or email, automatic customer creation, numbering series, product matching by SKU or EAN, the SAP warehouse and price list used for stock and pricing, payment terms, salesperson, invoice remarks and layout, optional incoming payments, and cancellation support. Warehouse mapping lets you connect your Base warehouses to the corresponding SAP Business One warehouses and price lists.

Base authenticates against the SAP Service Layer (/b1s/v2/Login) using your Company DB, username, and password, and keeps the session active behind the scenes. No separate Base API token is required for this connection.

No. The SAP Business One integration doesn't support receipt forwarding or corrections. It supports sales invoices; it doesn't support adjustments, receipts, or proforma invoices. SAP-to-Base order download and product/stock push from Base into SAP are also not natively supported.

Yes. SAP Business One can act as the source of product, inventory, and price data, while Base serves as the hub for multichannel sales, orders, automation, and integration with marketplaces, stores, and couriers.

Tracking information can be included as part of order and invoice remarks depending on configuration; native structured tracking-number forwarding is not a standard part of this integration.
