If you run a shop on the BSSHOP platform and wish to notify customers about their orders with SMS, Base.com is there to help. We have integrated the SMSLink.ro, popular communication platform that allows you to send order-related text messages regardless of their source (shop, marketplace, other).

Create any number of SMS templates in Base.com and use them, e.g. for a selected order list. Within a second the message will be sent to hundreds of BSSHOP shop customers . Automate these actions by determining when the system should send messages, e.g., when orders reach a certain status or a payment is collected. If you want to send an individual message to a customer, do it from the order card.
