If you run a shop on the Shoper platform and wish to notify customers about their orders with SMS, Base.com is there to help. We have integrated the ClickSend.com, popular communication platform that allows you to send order-related text messages regardless of their source (shop, marketplace, other).
Create any number of SMS templates in Base.com and use them, e.g. for a selected order list. Within a second the message will be sent to hundreds of Shoper shop customers . Automate these actions by determining when the system should send messages, e.g., when orders reach a certain status or a payment is collected. If you want to send an individual message to a customer, do it from the order card.
Remember! No need to log on separately to the ClickSend.com platform to send out messages - let them fly directly from Base.com panel, binding the whole process in one place!
