We have integrated the ClickSend.com, popular communication platform that allows you to send order-related text messages regardless of their source (shop, marketplace, other).
Create any number of SMS templates in Base.com and use them, e.g. for a selected order list. Within a second the message will be sent to hundreds of shopGold shop customers . Automate these actions by determining when the system should send messages, e.g., when orders reach a certain status or a payment is collected. If you want to send an individual message to a customer, do it from the order card.
Remember! No need to log on separately to the ClickSend.com platform to send out messages - let them fly directly from Base.com panel, binding the whole process in one place!
