Integration with Amazon Vendor is a two-way integration that offers downloading orders from the marketplace to the Base.com panel, as well as listing and synchronizing offers. Orders from Amazon Vendor can be handled in the Base.com Order Manager or forwarded to the store / ERP. By the order card in the Base.com panel you can see all correspondence with the customer from Responso with the possibility of continuing the conversation directly in Base.com. Additionally, in the 'Orders' tab you can see the 'Responso' subcategory along with information about how many messages are waiting for a response.
