We have integrated the sms77.io, popular communication platform that allows you to send order-related text messages regardless of their source (shop, marketplace, other).

Create any number of SMS templates in Base.com and use them, e.g. for a selected order list. Within a second the message will be sent to hundreds of Shopify App shop customers . Automate these actions by determining when the system should send messages, e.g., when orders reach a certain status or a payment is collected. If you want to send an individual message to a customer, do it from the order card.
